CYA is a service for statewide librarians, media specialists and educators who serve Oklahoma’s youth. Developed and maintained the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL) Youth Services Department, the official state library of Oklahoma. The Office of Library Development encourages participation and involvement for the facilitating communication within the state.
CYA stands to be the central communication tool for the most current news, continuing education opportunities, workshops and all other activities related to children and young adult librarians, media specialists and educators. We urge all participants to monitor the site closely for upcoming events and opportunities.
ODL serves the needs of public libraries, and assists with public library development, and the coordination of library projects for the state.
