This would not have been possible without the coordination and motivation of Leslie Gelders and her staff in the Literacy Office at ODL and for all those who voted.

Entities, including public libraries, can receive a share of these books by registering. A formal announcement on registering and the qualifications will be forthcoming.

Go! Comi Poetry Contest being held through June 2007. Libraries with manga fans and/or an Anime Clubs please encourage your patrons to submit a poem to their favorite “Cantarella” character by You Higuri.

YALSA has nominated “Cantarella” as one of it’s 2007 “Great Graphic Novels for Teens”. And, you can preview the a picture of the upcoming “Read” poster to be released this spring.
