My first thought was that maybe the author would fill us in the background on the Sisterhood, but after reading the synopsis of Dead Tossed Waves is sounds more like a trick than a treat. Yet another un-revealing journey with an unlikable heroine. The author has great potential as a writer and I hope she solves the problems of the first book. Maybe a different genre? As for the possible movie, it's going to depend a lot on the director. So much of the book is internal and that hardly ever gets conveyed on screen very well.
